- I think there is some concern that a leaky microwave oven might
- cause somebody's pacemaker or other heart-related implant to
- misbehave. We have similar signs on the accelerator buildings,
- but more strident -- "PERSONS WITH PACEMAKERS DO NOT ENTER" --
- the Microwave Oven from Hell being a substantial component of
- most of the accelerators.

- The only person I know with an implant (I think it's a defibrillator
- triggered by heart rate) doesn't seem too concerned about microwave
- ovens. He did pop it off once through overenthusiastic use of his
- exercise bike, though.
