  30. Hmmmm.  Might I suggest that you move away from your computer screen,  open
  31. a window and take a deep breath.  Take a peek outside.  Look at the 
  32. sky, the roads, the trees (if they have any near you).  That sort of yucky
  33. stuff outside is _reality_.  Check it out, it works for me.  Now look back
  34. at your computer screen.  That is Usenet.  Learn to tell the difference -
  35. it may be very important for you to do so later in life.
