  13. A friend of mine locked his bicycle to a lightpost or some such thing
  14. outside some random campus building.  Upon returning, he found the 
  15. bike gone so he goes over to Public Safety to report the theft.  Guess
  16. what he finds chained up outside the Public Safety office?

  18. He thinks someone was trying to tell him he has a cheap lock. :)
