  13. One of the weekly publications at UB has a column with selected 
  14. Public Safety reports. One mentioned a suspicious man hanging 
  15. around a recently completed construction site. Upon investigation,
  16. the man in question was found to be "an off-duty officer watching 
  17. concrete harden." It's not really that funny, but for some reason
  18. I about hit the floor laughing.
