- I think that this is one of the famous "unwritten"
- rules at most colleges. At my school, if the prof
- wasn't there by quarter after the hour, he could
- expect to find an empty classroom.

- there was no such policy. They even tried to tell
- students that they had to stay in class, but it
- didn't work.
