- In article <1992Nov18.045630.18550@midway.uchicago.edu>, thf2@ellis.uchicago.edu (Ted Frank) writes:

- Ted wrote (in NEWS) and similarly in private communication:

- Because of this article posted by Daemon

- I hereby apologize for assuming that you did this, but from this info, it
- seemed to me that you had written to Omar. Again, I am sorry for this
- misunderstanding. I suppose if I had read more carefully, I might not have
- assumed that you were the U of C law student in question.

- Back to Mr. Frank's post

-
- I would say that making fun of someone and attacking them (which is what you
- have done) is different.
-
- > I didn't e-mail Omar. Perhaps you can apologize to me, but somehow
- > I don't suspect that you will.
-
- See above. I am not afraid to admit it when I am wrong.
-
- >>Lawyers are often stereotyped as heartless bastards.
- >>I think in this case, this is probably true.
-

-
- Daemon seems to suggest it was, but it doesn't really matter.
-
- PS: If you can't find my original post, it is because I am now going to try
- and delete it. I will post an edited version which does not chastise Mr.
- Frank, but the jerk who did this in the first place.
