- Ummm, although I didn't think that the "Jive" version (or the
- original for that matter) was very funny, you can't really blame the
- poster entirely for it being racist. I'm sure he had a jive filter
- that he grabbed by anonymous ftp from somewhere off the net, and ran
- the plan file through it. The stereotypes are more likely the fault
- of the person who wrote the filter.
- As for the entire thing, regardless of the ego of this Omar
- person, I will have to agree with Ted in some points. Is it really
- equitable to ridicule someone in front of hundreds of people behind
- that person's back (as far as _I_ can tell)? Would you like it if,
- for instance, I started posting in news.admin.misc about this user at
- rhit who keeps ridiculing another student at his school over the net,
- and then turned it into a big joke? At least let the boy rebut
- anything negative you say about him to the whole crowd, or lay off.
