  25. I am assuming that you are asking about clothing to wear to work.
  26. I am also in a male-dominated technical field (software design) and have
  27. found that both men and women dress casually, i.e. polo shirts and pants.
  28. In general, the only women wearing skirts on a regular basis were the
  29. clerical staff.

  31. The dress code varies wildly from company to company, so I would suggest
  32. buying only a few 'safe' outfits until you figure out what is considered
  33. suitable at your company.
