  12.     I'm curious.  Did anyone here attend the Tolkien Conference that
  13. took place in Oxford back in August?  Would you care to post a description
  14. of the event, what you thought of it, etc.?  How many people attended?
  15. What sorts of things went on?  Was it more of a scholarly conference or
  16. a fan conference?  etc. etc.
