  26.   The Republicans "lost" the House?  Actually they made gains in the 
  27.   House!  And, as Rush points out, tax-increases were defeated around
  28.   the country (here in California for example), term-limits were passed
  29.   in all states where they were on the ballot, and the only reason
  30.   Bush lost (by a mere 5%) was because he abandoned the policies of
  31.   Ronald Reagan, which the people thought they'd be getting in Bush.
