  20. This phrase shows the danger of trying to strictly translate colloquial speech.
  21. The old russian phrase "I will bury you" is more properly translated "I will
  22. outlive you and be at your funeral".  Note that this is strictly in line with
  23. Marxian doctrine that capitalism is a dying system, to be replaced by 
  24. communism.

  26. Now, Marxist-Lenninist thought encompassed the idea of armed "struggle",
  27. but it also "knew" that the end was inevitable.  Thus Khruschev's statement
  28. didn't neccesarily imply a direct active threat, although it didn't preclude
  29. it either.

  31. Reminds me of the (apocryphal) translation program that translated a paper
  32. on studying wing loading as using "sandbags and water powered male sheep".   
  33. Turns out it meant "hydraulic rams".
