- Well, close enough. Rush has also been wondering aloud just what the
- Democrats promised the radicals in order to buy their silence. From what
- Jackson said it would seem the the silence was voluntary and not purchased
- by any specific promise (i.e.- a rare instance of factions within the
- Democratic party actually working together for a common goal rather than
- working against each other).
