- Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. Does this mean we can save
- electricity by not plugging it in? The fact that the government has some
- valuable institutions is no argument in favor of more of it. Besides, are you
- seriously suggesting that the military is not a bloated and inefficient
- bureaucracy?

- The difference is that, when corporate bureaucracies become expensive and
- inefficient, they become unbloated. Cases in point: IBM, GM. Government has
- no pressures to become efficient and plenty of incentive to bloat even more.
