  23. Not to nit-pick, but the Commandments (the Ten) don't appear until the book
  24. of Exodus. You have to figure that Abraham was doing what God told him to
  25. do, which, technically, is a Commandment. Right?
  26. Anyway, people often use Old Testament
  27. examples -- the "thou shalt not suffer a witch to live" and "eye for an
  28. eye" stuff -- to show how crazy and evil Christianity is. Fundamentalists
  29. notwithstanding, it's the New Testament -- the "treat others as you want them
  30. to treat you" stuff -- that is relevant to a discussion of (non-crazy-and-
  31. evil-Fundamentalist-jerkoffs) Christianity.
