- Isn't it funny the way Amer remembers that Big (Spender) Al was voted "most
- able member of Congress". He seems to forget that Quayle received similar
- honors while in Congress. As to Gore being a so-called "expert" foreign
- affairs, arms-contorl (sic), and the environment, it depends on who you ask.
- The only unanimously agreed upon expertise that Gore has is how to vote "yes"
- on spending bills.
