  24. Isn't it funny the way Amer remembers that Big (Spender) Al was voted "most
  25. able member of Congress".  He seems to forget that Quayle received similar
  26. honors while in Congress.  As to Gore being a so-called "expert" foreign
  27. affairs, arms-contorl (sic), and the environment, it depends on who you ask.
  28. The only unanimously agreed upon expertise that Gore has is how to vote "yes"
  29. on spending bills.
