- I prefer to keep it directly readable - I would rather not have lots
- of newbies react with "How can I read it/What is it/Does it run on
- an IBM PC" each time you post it. It's more fun if the discussion is
- about the annotations rather than about the format.

- I would be quite happy with this, I simply mark all in my newsreader
- and write it to a single file if that's what I want. The current split
- into DW/non-DW is fine with me, I'm sure you can invent others if the
- files get to large (e.g. split of the Nomes books, early/later DW).

-
- This is not a very good idea since (1) many people do not have ftp access,
- (2) It's bothersome to go out and get it rather than just save it from
- the new reader and (3, and most important) every time you post the APF
- it evokes so many reactions from people who happen to read it. I'm affraid
- that would dissappear if it wasn't posted anymore.

-
- What I would like is a conversion script to translate it into LaTeX
- format so that I can have a nicely typeset version. This will probably
- require some small changes in the current format, but I think it would
- be possible to keep it "clean" (i.e. no stupid markup in the text).
- I am willing to try making such a script myself, if you're willing to
- agree on a more or less formal definition of your format and stick to
- it.
