This falls in the realm of projective speculation.

Now that the Pernese(?) have access to the data stored in Aivas, the
technological and medical levels should increase dramatically, even if
the distribution of knowledge is limited and heavy metals are rare.
There would also probably be increases in agriculture production because
the need to protect fields from thread no longer poses a limit on the size
of a farming hold.

Now, based on our own history, the increase in industrial and medical
technologies and the improvement of farming methods allowed the population of
Earth to more than quadruple in the short space of 100 years. Anybody have
any ideas on what Pern would look like after 200 years?
