  12. A similar incident happened to a Univeristy of Guelph student in Guelph, 
  13. Ontario, Canada.  I can't remember her name, but she caused quite a stir        because she walked around the town topless, and got arrested for doing so.      This was done in the summer (not really reccommended in winter because of the
  14. Canadian climate) and just last summer in Kitchener/Waterloo, many gathered to  stage a protest in support of her efforts.  Maybe there is someone reading 
  15. this from Canada and knows the outcome of the story.
