  20. This case is, to a certain extent comparable to THE CROWN vs. YALT (1970),
  21. where the accused published an English-Hungarian phrase book, which
  22. caused a serious amount of trouble in the City of London, and I ask
  23. the court to follow the argument in the previous mentioned case to
  24. convict the accused.

  26. The sentence should be taken from, THE ROMAN EMPIRE vs. BRIAN (A.D. 32),
  27. where the previous mentioned was sentenced to write ROMANES EUNT DOMUS ^▄3db
  28. ROMANI ITE DOMUM a hundred times. This can be a precedent although
  29. the  administrational act of the Centurion was not approved by any
  30.  court since the accused didn't seek judicial review.
