- Did anyone else manage to get through those "yentas" on Howard's
- Show Thursday 11-19? After 10 minutes of listening to them driving down
- Interstate 95 to work I just wanted to steer my car off into some construction
- equipment. From the calls and faxes afterward it sounds like I was not the
- only one:
-
- Gary: "Some guy is yelling something in Spanish about his speakers melting"
- Fax: "You should be charged with manslaughter, I am walking in front of a
- train"
- Fax: "I want to dig up Hitler and revive him"
- Howard: "We're getting a lot of phone calls from people on ledges"
- Fax: "The suicide Hotline is going to be busy today"
- Fax: "I'm surprised the linen king of (someplace) hasn't hung himself with
- one of his sheets" [husband of yenta]
-
- For those of you who missed it, all I can say is the experince was
- surreal; it made for some bizarre radio.
- Anyone else hear it and have their speakers melt?
