- People are making a lot of the .21% alcohol level, saying that it is
- 'twice the legal driving limit'. It wasn't so very many years ago
- that you had to be .21% or higher to be considered legally too drunk
- to drive, and 1.5 was legally sober. The .1% limit was set low enough
- such that most people at that level were not noticably impaired.

- My guess is that for an average sized person, .21 is about 4-5 drinks
- drunk, and, unless you are fairly sensitive, that isn't completely
- crocked, not to pass out in a car.
