  16. There are binary groups specifically for such postings.  Posting of
  17. GIFs, sounds, etc. on this group will arouse the ire of news admins
  18. who *don't* carry the binary groups because they don't *want* such
  19. traffic.  They're then likely to stop carrying this group too.
  20. Posting such stiff to this group is a good way to lose it for some of
  21. us.
