  16. Corwainer Smith!  (A truly great writer.  He died before
  17. he could fully explore the universe he made, though :(  )
  18. Without giving any of the plotlines away, the human race
  19. had grown so uniform and complacent that the government
  20. has instituted all sorts of 'odd' rules to breathe life
  21. back into mankind.  I think the creation of anthropomorphs
  22. was part of this plan.
