- Wow! I've gotten e-mail from all over the globe on this. Please, please,
- my fingers are bloody stumps from replying to them all. My keyboard now
- looks like Chopin's piano in that Really Famous Movie.

- I was simply mesmerized by the beguiling convention of the double sentence
- terminator (.".). When I saw these used, they reminded me of some strange,
- undocumented C shell directory commands. I looked it up in a style guide,
- and there is no situation in American English usage where this convention
- would be employed.
