- To start with the only people in the White House that are elected are the
- President and Vice-President. (In case you haven't heard, Washington's main
- crop of elected people, Congress, meets at the Capitol.) You would have a
- difficult time convincing anyone that Quail is smarter than James Baker. As
- for the rest of the White House, even if Quail were "the best political
- mind", it would be a distinction similar to being the biggest hill on the
- Moon.
