- I agreee totally!!!!!! There is something to be said for history and
- the repetition and slight variation on it. To further you point about
- different performers, I think I'll state the obvious. Each year the corps
- have different strengths and weaknesses. I think that the same piece
- played twelve years later will sound quite different, if only for the
- reason that the strong and weak sections will alter the way the music
- is arranged and played.

- Again, I agree. It's unfortunate that the only way to be innovative is
- to see which corp can pick the most obscure and un-marchable piece of
- music and then write a show around it.
