- My opinion is 'no' to all of the above questions.

- Is it interfering with his personal relationships?
- Is it interfering with any other aspect of his life?
- Does he wish he could quit?

- The last one is probably the most important one. If he feels that he needs
- to quit, because for some reason its fucking up his life, but at the same
- time there is something driving him to take it -- thats abuse. The only
- person that can answer that question really adequately is the user himself.
- (of course he may not consciously know the answer...)
