- the cause of the decrease in marijuana use. In fact, this decrease
- in marijuana use is about the only "bright spot" in the war on drugs.
- The government has been quite efficient in reducing the street supply
- of marijuana, thus drastically increasing its price (around here, I
- understand that good bud goes for $800/oz.). Of course, people have
- quit using pot and switched to alcohol, crack, and heroin. Isn't
- that terrific !!?
