  19. Actually, I don't think the increase in the age of our population is
  20. the cause of the decrease in marijuana use.  In fact, this decrease
  21. in marijuana use is about the only "bright spot" in the war on drugs.
  22. The government has been quite efficient in reducing the street supply
  23. of marijuana, thus drastically increasing its price (around here, I
  24. understand that good bud goes for $800/oz.).  Of course, people have
  25. quit using pot and switched to alcohol, crack, and heroin.  Isn't
  26. that terrific !!?
