  24. Seriously, it's roughly the same as LSD:  do it with (a) friend(s), make sure 
  25. you can get safety & privacy if you want them, eat well in advance because 
  26. you may not want to during the trip, don't do anything stupid
  27. (guideline: if it's 
  28. stupid when you're straight, it's probably still stupid).  You may get
  29. mild stomach
  30. discomfort, but it's generally not a big deal -- just ignore it.  (Food
