  19.     Sodium pentothal is a Schedule II controlled substance, which means it
  20. is as tightly controlled as is morphine.  Its precursors are difficult to
  21. buy, especially for an individual, and its synthesis (if one could obtain
  22. the precursors) is not trivial.
