  23. Since most people don't take LSD at all, and (I imagine) most of those
  24. who do take it only a few times (??????), his consumption is in some
  25. sense "above normal".  But whether this usage constitutes abuse has much
  26. more to do with how he is using it and what he is experiencing than the
  27. consumption level.
