- In _Steal this Urine Test_, Abbie Hoffman cites a study which indicates
- that so-called crack babies are actually suffering from neglect and
- malnutrition. The neglect and malnutrition stem from their caretaker's
- adiction, but aren't direct pysical effects of crack. I don't have
- the book with me, if someone else does and can find the name of the
- study, that would probably be somewhat more convinving. For those of
- you who are only familiar with Hoffman's earlier work, _Steal this
- Urine Test_ is factual and reasoned, and is nothing like _Steal this
- Book_, _Woodstock Nation_, etc.
