  22. In _Steal this Urine Test_, Abbie Hoffman cites a study which indicates
  23. that so-called crack babies are actually suffering from neglect and
  24. malnutrition.  The neglect and malnutrition stem from their caretaker's
  25. adiction, but aren't direct pysical  effects of crack.  I don't have
  26. the book with me, if someone else does and can find the name of the
  27. study, that would probably be somewhat more convinving.  For those of
  28. you who are only familiar with Hoffman's earlier work,  _Steal this
  29. Urine Test_ is factual and reasoned, and is nothing like _Steal this
  30. Book_, _Woodstock Nation_, etc.
