- When I have a lucid dream the next morning I often feel less rested
- than normal. Also when I just have a short nap and go lucid being
- tired is even more pronounced then with a similar nap on another day and
- no lucid dream. I know the faq contradicts this and I was just wondering
- if others also feel less rested or as if "effort" was expended.
- I'm new to this group and maybe I'm doing something wrong.
- I tend to change things a lot in my lucid dreams, i.e. change the
- colors of the walls, make things move, mess with time, etc.
- I also have done lucid dreaming for over 15 years and still think
- it's very worthwile and just plain fun.
