  13. In DOS Word Perfect there is the compose character (Control-V) that accomplishes
  14. that, i.e. CTRL-V, e' produces e with an grave.  Perhaps in the Windows version
  15. this is also present.  I don't know for sure, but I would think that WordPerfect
  16. would have implemented this in WP for Windows.
