- In DOS Word Perfect there is the compose character (Control-V) that accomplishes
- that, i.e. CTRL-V, e' produces e with an grave. Perhaps in the Windows version
- this is also present. I don't know for sure, but I would think that WordPerfect
- would have implemented this in WP for Windows.
