  27. Hmmm ... your last statement leaves me wondering what you're driving at.  Do
  28. you mean to say that only because seemingly everyone in the world, or at
  29. least those with the right kind of cable coming into their homes, can get
  30. access to the net, that somehow the net just won't be the same?  I would say
  31. yes, it won't be the same, it will bet better.  I can't *WAIT* for this to
  32. happen.  This would mean that not only can I get hold of my current set of
  33. net.friends, but that everyone I know, or almost everyone, would be found
  34. somewhere on the net, AND if the whole VR thingy files we'll be able to hang
  35. out virtualy and go to work virutally, and meet people from all over the
  36. world virtually (with the thought in mind of someday meeting in person).  
  37. Note that I never mentioned having sex with the aforementioned people.  I
  38. mean, why bother?  I'd much rather of real sex with people I care for.  But
  39. that's just me.   8-)
