- Steadily, hmm. Part of it is because society is beginning
- to accept it more. (In days past, the word sex was almost taboo...
- and there were days when it was sinful to see a woman's legs...)
- The most awful movie I've ever seen was Robocop II. The
- thing turned me off. I assume some people enjoyed gorging on the
- violence, but there comes a point for me when things get to be Too
- Graphic and Too Much.
- As always, I feel that movie makers should attempt to be
- responsible enough to put scenes in that have a point. And, as it
- is to be expected, they never listen to me. (I don't even need to
- point out the loads of movies that throw in violence and nudity/sex
- here and there just For The Sake Of it. [Also known as appealing
- to the immature horny audience :) ])

- That's pornography? My god, I don't even want to know what
- some of those games on the ancient Apple //+ would be, then. (And
- yes, they were far worse.) This subject matter seems all to
- familiar to me, though, and I dearly hope it doesn't go the way it
- did previously... (sigh)
- But sex and violence sells as videogame and movie makers
- (and rock video makers) know very well. Have slender well-formed
- women in them either naked or at least hanging out of their
- clothing, running around...etc...it sells. (Very evident when you
- watch Japanese cartoons [ack..anime...sorry...].)
- Sigh, me sitting here on my damned high horse preaching
- morality to the thousands. I'm pitiful, I know. (No, I'm not
- conservative. But I prefer things to be done with some sort of
- logic and in a tasteful manner. Oh well!)
