- With respect to acting, it might be bad, yeah. But it certainly has a
- higher budget than THE YOUNG DRAGONS. HARD BOILED cost $4 million to make.
- HARD TARGET is budgeted at $20 million. I hope Woo is able to retain his
- distinctive style of filmmaking with a US studio. Sure, this is a Van
- Damme vehicle (BTW, Lance Henriksen is playing a villain, I believe). But
- there are good signs, too, maybe? For example, Sam Raimi and Terence Chang
- (Woo's usual partner) are producing the film. I wonder who's writing it,
- however...
