Maybe.  Maybe not.  I read Steiner claimed he was exaggerating after
he had been caught in an obviously embarrassing situation.  Apparently
Harry Katz, a member of AIPAC, thought things were out of control or
I doubt he would have conducted his own personal 'sting operation',
thereby putting his own good name on the line.  I can't envision
the manager of a previously successful lobby building its influence
on lies and exaggeration.
