  13. I'm not suer where the 38% figure of voters who are part of the 
  14. conspiracy comes from. It seems rather low to me. An arguable
  15. case can be made that anyone voting for Bush or Clinton is at
  16.  
  17. least a dupe of the conspiracy as outlined, and I'm not real 
  18. sure about Perot either. I would also suggest, quite seriously, 
  19. that anybody who watches a normal amount of TV and takes it 
  20. seriously would also qualify as a dupe.

  22. More seriously to the point, I haven't seen the GIF to know 
  23. exactly what lines of control are alleged, but in general, the
  24. financial and institutional hierarchies of modern society are
  25. sufficiently "leveraged" to allow a quite small number of witting
  26. conspirators to have at least inderect control over the policies
  27. and beliefs of a substantial number of individuals and organizations.
