- seriously would also qualify as a dupe.

- More seriously to the point, I haven't seen the GIF to know
- exactly what lines of control are alleged, but in general, the
- financial and institutional hierarchies of modern society are
- sufficiently "leveraged" to allow a quite small number of witting
- conspirators to have at least inderect control over the policies
- and beliefs of a substantial number of individuals and organizations.
