- Hello everybody... I'm a newbie as well, so please hold off on the flames,
- I have not-much of an idea of what I'm doing. :)
-
- Browsing through the multitude of the alt.tv hierarchy, I was scanning
- for a few shows I wouldn't mind seeing subs for. I didn't find them, or
- anything like them... the show in question is MTV's weekly half-hour
- animation festival, Liquid Television.
-
- So what I'm proposing is this, a sub called alt.tv.liquid-tv that handles
- traffic about this show. The show is fairly obscure, and the main reason
- for having a sub instead of just cluttering up rec.arts.tv is that the
- references and backgrounds of each animation clup are somewhat hard to
- find unless you're a real cult fan of animation. This group would be
- handy for news, comments, critiques, and explanations.
-
- For anybody who would like to see the show in order to see if it's
- worthwhile, it's on MTV at 10pm Teusdays, and again at 5:30pm on Sundays.
-
- Direct all feedback or ideas to me... flames aren't really appriciated,
- and will probably be ignored unless they're constructive and worded with
- words more than four letters. :) Comments like "I VOT NO, TTHE SHOW
- SUX" are also ignored.
-
- (BTW, if my proposal gets taken seriously and is accepted, please tell
- me what I'm supposed to do next...)
