  18. On Friday I received a terse letter from Senator Wellstone (D-MN) regarding SB1002.
  19. As I posted earlier, it was passed on voice vote in September.  The new information
  20. is that President Bush signed the bill on October 25, 1992.  Maybe Orwell was just
  21. off by a decade.
