- Jason looks over at DM. "Actually DM, a Tube pan looks more like a doughnut
- or an auto tire. It is a cylander that is rounded on the bottom, with a
- tube coming back up the middle. When you bake a cake in one, you get a cake
- that has a hole in the middle and a rounded top. A bundt pan, as previously
- mentioned, has scalloped or fluted sides, which makes the cake come out
- looking more festive, especially if you dribble iceing down the grooves
- that are in the sides of the cake."
-
- "A Callahans cookbook sounds like a neat Idea. Pegasus and I both love to
- cook. This evening I'll be posting about the mini-realspace we just had in
- Eugene, Oregon, and I'll be printing the recipie for the dinner I served as
- part of that."
