  19. I live in Marin County (go to school in Southern California) and I must
  20. say, in a biased opinion, that I have seen nothing in Southern California
  21. which can compare to the entire Mount Tamalpais region.  Phoenix Lake,
  22. Lake Lagunitas, and the other lakes create an environment which is so
  23. enjoyable and peaceful.  Having gone to high school at Marin Academy and
  24. having run around the lakes for cross country practice, I can say that
  25. there is no better place to take a stroll, or a run than at Mt. Tam.
