- I live in Marin County (go to school in Southern California) and I must
- say, in a biased opinion, that I have seen nothing in Southern California
- which can compare to the entire Mount Tamalpais region. Phoenix Lake,
- Lake Lagunitas, and the other lakes create an environment which is so
- enjoyable and peaceful. Having gone to high school at Marin Academy and
- having run around the lakes for cross country practice, I can say that
- there is no better place to take a stroll, or a run than at Mt. Tam.
