  14. Is there a program that converts HPGL files to DXF format (v10, v11, v9)?
  15. It must be portable source that will work on ANY machine that
  16. can cope with that particular language.
  17. I.e. must be written in a portable (ANSI?) C, LISP, Pascal, Fortran, 
  18. Lex, Perl or some other HLL.
  19. DOS executables or UNIX binaries are of practically no use because
  20. I want the program to work on Sun's running AutoCAD V10,
  21. IBM RS6000's running V11 and 386/486 machines running V10 through V12
  22. with DOS or Windows.

  24. I already know about the HPGL2SCR program at wuarchive.wustl.edu.
  25. It will not run on the UNIX boxes, and only produces .SCR files.
