  18. Ah, you're about to have an interesting experience. The second batch of Celis
  19. recently went out, and it's better than the first batch (which, IMHO, was pretty
  20. good food...)

  24. Celis makes three beers: White, Golden, and Pale Bock. The White is the only one
  25. I have any real experience with, so it's really the only one I can whole
  26. heartedly recommend. Celis White is a wheat beer. Very good stuff, IF you like
  27. wheat beers. It's kind of "fruity", as some describe it (but this is the same
  28. guy that says Dragon Stout reminds him of Chinese food), and it's not for
  29. everyone, but *I* personally like it.

  31. The Golden I've only tried a couple of times. It's good, but not one of my
  32. favorites.

  34. The Pale Bock, again, I've only tried a couple of times. Nothing makes it stand
  35. out in my memory.

  40. I don't know about Houston, but I know they're REAL hard to find in San Antonio,
  41. and even in Austin (where the brewery is located), you have to actually seek it
  42. out (i.e., you won't find it at 7-11).
