- Last I heard, at least the lager was still being brewed in Pittsburgh
- and elsewhere around the country (and in Germany?) Some of the varieties
- (cream stout, cranberry wheat) were/are brewed strictly in Boston. I'm not
- sure about things like the Stock Ale or the double bock.

- suing a couple of brewpubs (Boston Beer Works and Commonwealth Brewery).
- I'm not a lawyer, but I'd guess he doesn't have sole rights to the word
- "Boston."
