- I've used both and they both work the same. The only real difference is in
- convenience. Dry yeast comes ready to go. After you've boiled the malt/hops,
- etc. and the mixture has cooled in your carboy, you merely pitch the dry stuff
- in and away it goes. Liquid yeast first has to incubate, so there is a waiting
- period involved, and it's just a *tad* more cumbersome to deal with. Other than
- that, I have seen no real difference in my brewing experience.
