- or, you could just make beer with chocolate in it. I have a couple of
- batches that I added 4oz unsweet chocolate per 5 gal of stout. You could
- even use lots more for an interesting brew if you really like chocolate.
- However, beware: chocolate adds its own bitterness in addition to
- dark grains and hops.
