- By all means swill the Baderbrau. Also go to Cicero/Berwin and look
- up the Wineskeller. It serves mostly German fare, has an impressive
- collection of bottled beers, an attached liquor store with more beers to
- go an a nice little brewery operation... We called for two kegs for a
- party one time, and by the next day when we called for them they forgot.
- They drug the brewmaster out of the shower and back to the bar where
- he filled the two kegs from the 500 gallon serving tanks. Talk about
- fresh beer... The next morning when we went back to the kegs for a cold
- one we only had one 12 oz glass in each barrel. (Not bad for a small
- party). Also not bad because most of those people were beer virgins,
- who only know Coorbudmilob. One guest said "Gee I never knew beer had
- this much taste..."
-
- Cheers! Heinrich the Bierhund
