  11. Recently, John Palmer advertised that his Cat-Talk BBS included a
  12. ClariNet feed.   Mr. Palmer had a single user subscription which
  13. under our terms of service, does not permit redistribution or use
  14. in a BBS.   His subscription has been terminated, and you will not
  15. find our electronic newspaper material on his BBS.  This is the first
  16. time we have had to do this, and we don't do it lightly, but we feel
  17. it is necessary.
